What is soft washing, and how is it different from pressure washing?
Soft washing uses low pressure and cleaning solutions to kill algae, mold and mildew and rinse them away. Pressure washing relies on force. On a house, force can push water behind siding or damage paint and stucco, so soft washing is the safer choice.
Is soft washing safe for stucco and painted siding?
Yes, that’s exactly what it’s for. The low pressure protects the finish, so you get a clean house without chipped paint, etched stucco or water behind the walls.
Can you remove the green and black streaks on my walls?
Yes. Those streaks are algae and mildew, which are common on shady walls in our climate. The soft wash kills the growth and rinses it off, so the wall goes back to its original color.
Do you clean soffits, eaves and gutters too?
